Kaitlyn Fisher

My name is Kaitlyn Fisher.  I was awarded with the Scott Impellizeri Memorial Scholarship in 2013.  I was honored to accept this award in Scott’s honor.  After graduating from Hardin Valley Academy, I attended Pellissippi State Community College for two years where I obtained a general Associates Degree.  This scholarship helped considerably during those years to help accommodate for the odds and ends of the endless amount of school supplies needed.  After Pellissippi, I went on to the University of Tennessee Knoxville where I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Audiology and Speech Pathology.  I am now beginning a Speech Pathology Assistant job in Sevier County Schools.  I will do this for a year before I plunge into graduate school next fall!  I am also getting married next August!  This is going to be a very fun and exciting year! I am so thrilled to begin my new journey and I am so blessed to have received the Scott Impellizeri Memorial Scholarship help start this journey four years ago.
